AWE Club Lessons Privacy Policy

Any data collected for AWE lessons is used for the sole purpose of delivering the lessons. The relevant information collected is passed to the Teacher of the subject(s) you choose for the purpose of delivering their lessons. The individual Teacher is responsible for keeping their data safe.

For exam subjects, contact information may also be passed to the AWE learning partner, Tutors and Exams or Robert Barclay Academy Hoddesdon (local exam centre) if relevant.

For our mailing list we store the minimum data possible, i.e. your name and email address. This is stored on a secure server for the distribution of the newsletter. This data is NOT passed on to anyone else.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link on any newsletter or by informing Debbie using the AWE contact form

ConquerMaths, ConquerComputing and PurpleMash Privacy Policy

If you purchase a subscription through us to obtain a discount, the minimum data for the operation of the online services is passed to the appropriate third party. Should you wish to have this data removed, please contact the third party directly (i.e. ConquerMaths, ConquerComputing or PurpleMash).

AWE keep a secure copy of your data for renewal reminders and administration, if you would also like this to be removed please send a request to Debbie using the AWE contact form. This data is NOT passed on to any other third parties.
