English as a Second Language
Teacher – Lindsay

Lindsey is an experienced teacher and has worked with many Home Educated students. She understands her students are all individuals and will endeavour to help them to get the best out of the course and aim for a successful outcome. She is used to students with anxiety and will gently encourage them and help to build their self-confidence. We are happy to accommodate children’s preferences around webcams and microphone being on or off or similar needs.
Course Details
2 years of two weekly lessons for one hour each.
Lindsey has many years of experience teaching English as a Second Language to students from around the World. Lindsey is a lovely teacher who is very gentle and kind so great for anxious children or those worried by online learning. Lindsey will email resource pdfs dependant on the abilities and ages of the students- clue cards, consonant and vowel digraphs can be used so that words can be built up and introduced as parts of books and everyday sentences. This leads on to reading comprehension and grammar.
Lesson recordings are available after each lesson.
